
Lineup announced for free ӣƵ concert series: Alive @ Five
The lineup for the 2025 Alive at Five concert series was announced on Monday, April 28, at the future location of the event. The series will run from June 5 to July 17, excluding July 3, and will take place in Tricentennial Park on Broadway. This year's lineup features a diverse mix of artists and is presented by the City of Albany, with support from various local sponsors. Alive at Five attracts thousands of attendees from across the Capital Region, with concerts scheduled from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The move back ӣƵ is not just a change in location, but a strategic initiative to support local businesses and energize the neighborhood.
“Bringing Alive at Five back to ӣƵ Albany is a game changer for small business owners, residents, and employees in our District,” said Georgette Steffens, ӣƵ Albany BID Executive Director. “The concert series will drive weekday foot traffic, introduce new and diverse audiences to our neighborhood, and create an exciting, outdoor experience in the newly reimagined Tricentennial Park. We’re enthusiastic about this location change and look forward to building on that energy with complementary events and promotions throughout the summer."

ӣƵ Action: Concertgoers are invited to explore over100 retail stores,bars, restaurants,salons, spas, and morewhile in the ӣƵ neighborhood. The ӣƵ Albany BID will inform the community about special offers, deals, and events to be provided by businesses in our District, specifically for Alive @ Five.
Parking: $8 flat fee parking is available at Quackenbush Garage (25 Orange St.) starting at 4:00 PM. Handicap and EV spaces are also available. Visit for full details.
Rain Location: At the 787 overpass at the Corning Preserve Boat Launch at Colonie Street and Water Street.
100% of tips from the beer garden will benefit local nonprofit partners, including the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Interfaith Partnership for the ӣƵless, and American Cancer Society.
